Welcome to Customer Care Appliances (https://customercareappliance.in). We are an independent, third-party appliance repair service provider. By contacting us via website, WhatsApp (+918111006068), phone (+918111006068), or booking a service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Independent Service Provider – No Brand Affiliation
- We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any appliance brand including (but not limited to) LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej, Bosch, IFB, Haier, Voltas, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi, Panasonic, Videocon, Onida, or any other manufacturer.
- All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on our website or in communication are used only for identification and description purposes to inform customers about the types of appliances we repair.
- Such references fall under "nominative fair use" and do not imply any sponsorship or endorsement by the respective brand owners.
2. Nature of Service
- We are a local, independent multi-brand repair service center.
- All repairs are performed using genuine or compatible spare parts sourced independently (unless the customer specifically requests and provides original parts).
- We do not provide official brand warranty repairs unless explicitly stated.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Service bookings made via form, WhatsApp, or call are treated as requests. Final confirmation happens only after we contact you.
- Technician visit timing is approximate. Delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss caused by delay.
4. Charges & Payment
- Inspection/diagnosis charges (if any) will be informed upfront.
- Final repair cost will be quoted only after physical inspection of the appliance.
- Payment must be made in full after completion of repair (cash/UPI accepted).
- No extra/hidden charges will be applied beyond the agreed amount.
5. Warranty on Our Repairs
- We provide our own service warranty (typically 30–90 days on repaired part/workmanship) – this is separate from any original brand warranty.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by anyone else or misused after our repair.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address and contact details.
- Ensure safe access to the appliance and a working power/water supply (if required).
- Supervise the technician during the visit (especially in the absence of an adult).
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues discovered during repair.
- While we take utmost care, we are not liable for accidental damage to property or appliance beyond reasonable control.
- Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
8. Cancellation & No-Show
- Customer can cancel anytime before technician dispatch without charge.
- If technician reaches the location and customer is unavailable or denies service, inspection/travel charges may apply.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
